2. Service Description

AuctionMapper provides an advanced search interface for the eBay marketplace. We are an independent service and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by eBay Inc. All data is provided through the official eBay API, and all transactions are conducted on eBay's platform.

3. User Conduct

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You are prohibited from using the Service to:

• Engage in any activity that is illegal or fraudulent.
• Scrape, data-mine, or otherwise extract data from the Service for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
• Attempt to interfere with the proper working of the Service.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. AuctionMapper makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

We do not warrant that the information displayed, including prices, availability, and item descriptions, is accurate, complete, or current. All information is provided by eBay and is subject to change without notice.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall AuctionMapper or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on AuctionMapper's website, even if AuctionMapper or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

6. Affiliate Disclosure

7. Changes to Terms
